Baba is sick

The very reason I missed blogging because of my lil daughter she got sick.

My version of Nigella's triffle cake

I was not able to blog last night for I was so busy. One that keeps me busy yesterday was this. 

I made a Triffle cake that I got from Nigella recipe. I was so deligthed at first because the filling mixture was so delicious but when I added a lot of marmalade on it, it has a bitter taste on it.  I felt bad but when you eat the whole, the sponge will just compliment on it.

Yey another achievement for my Cooking 101! It's just 5/10 passing grade though...😄😃😀

Walk

Had a 4km walk this afternoon. It's quite short though but had a great time. I wish the weather wasnt that bad so I could have last it til 10km walk. 

Pancake

This morning I cooked My Old Dutch pancake version and the kid love it!

Tea Time

Had a great time catching up withy girlfriends today. 

On lunch time me and my Filipina friends had lunch at our friends house to celebrate their wedding anniversary and in the evening me and my former officemates had tea time. 

It's really great to get in touch with each other after a busy days in our own each lives.

I just only took one photo for one event. My Thai friend and the kids.

Wrong posts

I felt bad when I realised that I posted my entries on my different blog...haay life when you're so exhausted at night and you cannot manage well all your blogs. Perhaps because I got several blog and its kinda confusing to manage it.  

And the ending...my 365 project blogpost is no longer 365 coz i missed three entries. 

Mad Face

Ipad time

Just right after they woke up, they are on their own ipad. My son on his Minecraft and my daughter on her Nursery Rhymes.

They are both still tired though after a few hours of nap from a long afternoon swing.

Last Vaccine

Yey finally it was my daughter last vaccine as a baby. No more tears for our little baby. Hopefully when she reached 5yrs old for her next vaccine her pain threshold will be strong enough. 

My poor baba who was tired of crying just slept with momi's comfort this morning. 

BLONDE

My hairdresser is due to go back this Feb. and I cant hardly wait to dye my hair. All grey hairs are starting to comes out strand by strand...whew aging...we really cant do anything to stop it but a lot of things to do to hide it anyway and today I bought this new blonde hair dye. Hope this will work great on me...and i know it will (positive!!!...hehehe). 

Why blonde?

Because they said that platinum blonde is IN for this years hairstyle. 

I'll have a try of this tomorrow and see how it looks on me...its my first blonde for i always go for brown and red colors.

Gaining

I'm gaining much weight over the holidays giving me additional 2kg from my 70.2kg normal weight last year. But still I need to lose more weight. If i can reach 60kg this year the better. 

So this is me on my 72.1kg weight.

Dog

I'm just so proud Mom that my 6yr old son can sketch like this...

Oopps i forgot to post this last night...my little girl didnt went to bed early last so the ending i wasnt able to find time to post this anymore.   

But anyways my kuya desereved a hug and kiss from all of us for another job well done.

Weekend bonding with our kiddos

After cleaning the mess that kids made all over the house (bedrooms, kitchen and sitting room) over the holidays we just had enough time to play with them. 

Holidays are over it's school time once again and we'll be missing our boys...Me and my daughter will be left again here at home on daytime...me the usual cook and cleaner. 

We'll anyways thats all for now...i'm bit tired and sleepy now. G'nyt

Just a bit of sun

The weather wasn't that nice last night that causes flood in some counties in Ireland. But this morning thanking god for a bit of sun. It turned my hormones happy and energized that made me clean my filthy oven, that was really full of grease.

And tonight again there's gusty wind outside hoping that everyone near the coastal areas will be safe.
